Darin is the founding partner of ADM. He has more than 25 years of experience as an architect specializing in project management, construction supervision and personnel management. His technical and construction expertise along with a keen sensitivity for design and business strategy makes Darin an invaluable contributor to ADM’s vast array of commercial projects in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan as well as Las Vegas.

Darin’s recent work includes managing the planning, documentation, permit and construction observation for an award winning 25,000 square foot flagship gourmet market at the Queen’s Market Place in Kona, Hawaii. Darin’s expertise was instrumental in organizing and orchestrating a complex program which included a full service deli kitchen, wine bar, sushi bar, select meat and seafood departments that continued to evolve and change while under construction. Darin led the project design team through the project changes while simultaneously communicating the design needs to the construction team.

In Las Vegas, he oversaw the construction of a 6,000 square foot flagship hospitality convenience store on Las Vegas Boulevard. With ADM serving as the design consultant, Darin coordinated the design intent with the architect of record and provided guidance through required changes due to field conditions as well as client needs.

Darin is a registered architect in Hawaii and Nevada and is also a registered member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
